How does the 14-day free trial work?
When you sign up for Premium, you get full access to all features for 14 days completely free. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.
Why is it only £12/year?
We believe great route planning should be accessible to all riders. At just £1/month equivalent, Premium is affordable while still supporting ongoing development.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Can I share my subscription with friends?
Each subscription is for individual use. However, Premium users can create group events and share live locations with other riders during events.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your routes and rides are preserved. If you cancel, you'll revert to free tier limits (3 routes max), but can upgrade again anytime to access everything.
